Students who have met the requirements for graduation (and declared to graduate) at the end of the 2013 FALL, 2014 SPRING, and 2014 SUMMER are all eligible to attend to graduation commencement ceremony on Friday evening, May 9th, 2014.
If you are working with a student and they are planning to graduate this spring (May 2014), the Student Records office must receive their graduation declaration and degree audit by April 11th, 2014. We are encouraging students to see their advisor as soon as possible to complete these materials. The graduation card and degree audit must be signed and dated by both the student and advisor. When the card is turned in to Student Records, a non-refundable graduation fee of $25 will be charged per degree, diploma, and certificate.
If you have any questions about the graduation process, please contact Lindsey Rial at ext. 1022 in Student Records.
