This course is designed to assist the practical nursing student to understand common adult health problems with emphasis on the nursing process and pharmacology. Prerequisites: PNN-621 Life Span Health Care, PNN-622 Clinical Practicum 2, PSY-121 Developmental Psychology, HSC-112 or HSC-113 Medical Terminology, BIO-151 Nutrition, BIO-168 Human Anatomy & Physiology I with lab, BIO-173 Human Anatomy & Physiology II with lab. Co-requisites: PNN-311 PN Issues and Trends, PNN-731 Clinical Practicum.
