Biotechnology Methods II

This course is a continuation of BPT-148 & 149 Biotechnology Methods I. Topics covered in BPT-148 & 149 are continued in more depth and students will work independently on several biotechnology-related projects. These projects will cover a wide range of topics including DNA and applied enzymology for biofuels, ELIZA techniques, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), and sub-cloning of DNA fragments. Prerequisite: BPT-148 & 149 Biotechnology Methods I & Lab.
